Most of our users are firms of 5 or fewer people. HTCH was designed for collaboration with non-technical people in mind. Think about the client, or the marketing team. They want to see the design work too.

Yes. Many customers use HTCH is live meetings. Just start a collaborative Whiteboard and let everyone markup a design from their own computer.

Yes. Today, we support .jpg, .gif, .pdf, .obj, .gltf, .glb. We also have native plugins for Rhino, REVIT and SketchUp – check them out. We’re regularly updating our software to support additional file formats.

We’ve tried to make everything as simple as possible. One decision we made early on was to elevate existing workflows, rather than try to replace. We think there’s really value in having one job.

No. HTCH works in the web browser so there’s nothing to install and you don’t need powerful computers to look at anything. HTCH is designed to work just as great on your mobile while on site, or on your computer in the studio.

Yes. We support many different types of files. Not all of them have to be 3D. Today, we support .jpg, .gif, .pdf, .obj, .gltf, .glb. We’re adding support for additional types of files all the time. If you have ideas, let us know!
